Assalamualaikum..

We have welcomed d long awaited lil baby... born on 22nd February 2010 @ 8.01pm... the lil prince is named Muhammad Ezz Rayyan bin Emil Zahrin...

After 39weeks of pregnancy, the lil boy has finally decided to show himself to the world.. The labour and delivery itself was an experience one would never ever forget..

Dijadikan ceta... alkisah... hehe... on the sunday 21st feb... i started to have tightenings around 11.30pm... (a good friend of mine, lina, wanted me to deliver on a 21st sal bday nya on 21st jua....) first i tot they were just braxton hicks.. coz my estimated due date was on 27th feb.. so nda brapa kisah lah... sal nya malar dah having this braxton hicks within that past few days...

however... after like half hr, nda jua branti nya.. and the tightenings were getting regular... so i told d hubby, e14.. so despite me being a dr (hahaha...apaler almaklum 1st time pregnancy) we googled thru the internet to check the differences between braxton hicks and contractions... we kept timing of my tightenings and they were regular at about 1 in 10 mins.., lasting up to 1min each... which meant i was having contractions.. we became excited coz it meant that i was going into labour, yeay! finally after 2-3weeks of pujuk d lil baby inside the womb to come out..... I decided to just stay at home until d pain became stronger...

Tapinya at around 1am.. i had a blood show during my trip to the toilet... so terpaksa lah jua bawa ke hospital coz need to check brapa dh dilated my cervix (mulut peranakan)... we only went at 2.30am after packing, showered and cut my nails... maklumlah.. kan berpantang... hehe..

So sampai di hospital kana 'duga' ( cervix check ) di labour room.. i was only 1cm dilated.. wadduuhhh.... batah lagi tu kan menunggu 10cm... jadi kana transfered to the 1st stage room... berehat sana.. I asked d hubby to go home dulu n come back in d morning saja salnya it was a long way to go lagiii....

At 6am, they did another check, and surprise surprise i was 2cm ONLY!.. hmmm... so the specialist decided to do ARM (pacah kan air tetuban) untuk speed up the process... well since then the pain got stronger.. i had pethidine injection to ease the pain... i think the waiting was unbearable... kan menunggu 10cm atu bah... brapa kali contractions udah came n went... mkn pun nda beliur....

At 2pm they did another check... baru 4cm..!!!!!!! a friend of mine yg di sebelah ku who came at the same time wif me subuh atu at 1cm jadi 7cm udah so ya kkana transferred ke labour room... i was like.. 'jgn jadi mcm si rachel in FRIENDS eh... remember yg part pregnant ladiees in n out and she's still not delivered?'... so i was getting worried...

At around 5pm.. the pain was getting worse... so i asked them to do another check... only 5cm!!!.. only???? kan menangis rasa nya...but the nurse ckp i had to be transferred jua to the labour room coz i was in active labour dah..

Masa di labour room.. thank god i had a wonderful experienced midwife. The contractions were getting stronger n becoming unbearable for me.. ( i could not have epidural anaesthesia due to an operation i had in the past..) so terpaksa tah be-urut saja my back balik2 uleh the midwife.. my hubby e14 was always by my side supporting me thru all this... abis kali sakit tgn nya uleh ku ganggam kuat2 everytime i had contractions...

U know in the labour room, u can basically hear other women yg in labour. After maghrib, i could hear my friend had finally delivered a baby girl... so getting impatience i asked the midwife to check again coz my back was really hurting.. nya 7cm baru... i was like '3cm lgi kah... bth jua'... hihi.. by this time i think i was palau udah from the pethidine injection...rasa kan mem-push udah ada... ( u are not supposed to push until ure fully 10cm dilated)... d hubby ckp jgn dulu push, bawa baca2 saja.. he then asked me to keep breathe in n out wif every contractions (u guys out there yg pregnant.. it is important to have ur husband by ur side during labour).... trying to help, the midwife gave me the Entonox gas (another painkiller) untuk di siruk dari mulut... but i couldnt do it coz i was in real pain udah that time.. inda lgi tersiruk.. (this i found funny looking back hihi.. u know.. mcm.. udah tah urg mengerang menahan sakit, kan disiruk-siruk lgi.. mcmana tah tu).

Di dlm2 ku kesakitan atu, i realized that my sister was in the room...i was thinking in my head ' cana bleh ya d cni ani?' but i didnt have the energy to mention it out loud... she looked worried by the way seeing me in pain.. haha.. sapa tah suruuh masuk ( katanya my mum yg suruh .. hmmm... )...i remembered that was 7.30pm.. (i knew all TIME nya ani coz jam ada palang2 infront of me arah dinding.. n coz i wanted to keep track of d time)... by this time rasa kan mengajan kuat udah.. so i told the midwife..' aku push ni aahh... ' haha.. panic tarus midwife ku.. nya 'tunggu dulu.. check dulu'... so she did another check.. and finally at 7.40pm... came the words that i had been waiting for... "bah... 10cm dah... push bila ada contractions ah.. aku sediakan brg2 dulu" ... so my sister kana suruh kuar and for the next 3 contractions.. i pushed n pushed n pushed.. and then he was out... our lil boy, apparently @8.01pm.... (alang2 drg simpan 01 minute aahh)... i can safely tell u guys yg hendak melahirkan.. that delivery part nda kerasaan tu... i think that was the easiest part of labour. Alhamdulillah...

d lil boy was then given to me... naked, soft and sticky...i still remembered saying 'baby.....mana nangis alai...' (sal nya i didnt hear him cried when he was out. Babies are supposed to cry when they're out of the womb'... then the lil boy gave me a tiny soft cry....(apparently he was still sleeping when he was out of the womb due to my pethidine injection). It was just sooooo amazing in that moment.. no word will be able to describe how i felt at that time... he is worth all the pain during the pregnancy n labour.. he was finally out... after 9 months of carrying him n waiting for him.... our baby Rayyan.. weighing 3.47kg!!

I had episiotomy (stitchings) and Post-Partum Haemorrhage (bleeding) .. and survived thru it. That dont matter anymore... coz now we have him in our life....

So here we present to u... our bundle of joy....baby Rayyan.....

first of all we would like to wish everyone a very happy new yr 2010.. may 2010 brings more love, happiness, success and new memories... amin...

its been a long long time... maklum lah.. there's no news to post up so d blog has been dormant for quite sumtimes.. hehehe.. si e14 tu pemalas kan meng-update.. woooo... ;p wanted to update during his bday.. (happy belated bday syg...hehe).. nda jua terbuat.... then kan update masa anniversary.. nda jua terbuat.. ish ish ish..

oh ya.. we celebrated our 1st Anninversary last 5th Dec 2009....happy anniversary syg.. :)time does fly by so quickly rite.... For our anniversary, we had a peek at our lil baby with an ultrasound scan.... we were quite excited to see how he is (oh yes.. for those of u who havent heard.. we are having a boy)... alhamdulillah lil baby is all well... :D so here are d photos... nah cam siapa usul nya???

he's coming to 33 weeks this friday... which means 7 more weeks to go.... we've been counting down the weeks... his kicks are getting stronger, my bump is bigger and yes.. im chubbier...(so does e14..hehehe sal he has to temankan mkn everytime im hungry.. which is like every few hours.. ahaks) also sleeping is getting difficult each week.. walking pun mcm lapas urg bersunat dah... thank god e14 has been very supportive melayaning my karenah and needs... thank you hubby... you're the sweetest... love u.. :) mudahan everything goes well and lil baby stays healthy so we'll get to meet him soon... amin....yeayyy! :D

oh yea... because of the pregnancy... we didnt get to go on holiday for the new year.. but we had a enjoyful new yr's celebration in town.. ahaks...

Well.. e14 had a good fun... i was on d sidelines most of the times, taking pictures... nda apalah.. next time, it will be my giliran.. wawawawawawawawawa... n ull be on d sidelines looking after the baby... wawawawawawawawawawa ;p

2009 had been a good yr... minus the H1N1 crisis, the 'vomiting period', it had been a wonderful year with lots of memories and experiences to learn from, especially about myself and d hubby... we are looking forward to wat 2010 has to offer us... especially with the arrival of lil baby soon.... :D we still have few baby things left to buy, its been exciting buying all the stuffs... iski berabish... and if nada self-control, we would have bought literally everything.... hehe...

btw.. we would like to convey our congratulations to EMI & SAIFUL Stargazers on their wedding 01.01.2010.. semoga berkekalan dan bahagia hingga ke akhir hayat.. amin...:D

Anyway.... have a wonderful year everyone... stay positive.... stay happy.... buang segala kusut, stress... semoga yg single bertemu jodoh, yg kawin mendapat rezeki anak, yg alum kraja dpt jobs... amin amin amin.... until the next blogging... which i will not promise when...hahahaha... doa kan supaya our lil baby healthy and selamat di lahirkan... amin amin amin.. thank you all for your prayers... till we meet again... next time insyaallah with the lil one....

Hai everyone...

Its been ages since the update rite??.. hehehe.. maklumlah sibuk saja... entah apa kah sibuk nya pulang... maybe there's nuthing new jua to update...

Anyway... wat have u been missing then? My big brother & wife has a baby boy named Darwish.. he's almost 5months old now.. and very the chubby. My dear cousin, Nani & hubby has a baby girl called Nadia... she's turning out to be quite a model.. Congratulations to you guys on the birth of the little ones... makin bertambah cicit Hjh Siti Awan... alhamdulillah.

Oh yea.. I also celebrated my 2*th birthday last June (sorry.. cant mention the *age* salnya im still in denial about it ;p)....and mr hubby n me went to KL to celebrate it. It was our 2nd honeymoon, we had great and fun times at Sunway lagoon, playing the slides... siukkkk... felt like kids again...

So for my birthday, mr hubby asked me wat i want for my birthday present and i half-jokingly said i want a baby... well u see... we both agreed when we got married that we gonna postponed having kids dulu for atleast a year coz we wanna enjoy just being with each other and i was planning to take a big exam later this year... so.. i was actually surprised when mr hubby said OK!... yeay!!

To cut the story short and spare u guys the details ;p....We got back from KL and i had fever and cold few days after that, got qaurantined for 24hrs in Rimba for that.. but alhamdulillah it was not H1N1 virus!.. it was the longest 24 hrs in my life....i was so bored, alone in a small room, with basically nuthing but my runny nose, tissue and mobile phone... and i had the cold for almost 3 weeks!!!! it was distressing... Surprise, surprise...i missed my period then, so i brought mr hubby to Guardian and buy the PT... i didnt test it straight away coz i was nervous... mr hubby ckp its ok.. we'll wait.. so i waited... for like less than 24hrs.... the next day, while he was still sleeping, i slipped downstairs and did it!... i woke him up with a big smile on my face and a stick on my hand... he knew straight away... we both were overjoyed.... and YEAY!!!!!!...

So here goes the update to the blog.. we are expecting...!!Alhamdulillah... I am officially 12 weeks today.. and we called the 'fetus' as lil baby... We had 2 antenatal sessions already.. and guess wat...?...working under the ministy does have it privileges.... My colleagues at the antenatal clinic were so kind and did ultrasounds for us...

Here is the lil baby when it was only 7 weeks.. it was only 10mm long but already with a beating heart... i was sooooooooooooooo amazed by Allah's power at creating a life.. i kept saying it over n over again to mr hubby n myself at how amazing this tiny little thing with a heart already beating inside.... i know i had tears in my eyes then...

We had another session again yesterday... lil baby has grown a bit bigger (apparently by 3months it will be about 3 inches long)... the head and body are already identifiable.. if u look closely, u can see the legs..... we were thrilled to see its hands n legs moving about!!!! I was pretty sure the lil baby was waving at us through the screen.. hehe..... and guess who got really excited this time?.... c emilo lah.... he said lil baby was kicking.. and so he or she will be good at football in the future... haha

I am happy n excited that i am pregnant.. but im having 'baus' since week 9... everything taste bitter at the present... and so now i understand when people says 'pait liur' or 'kambang liur'. I lost 2kg since my first antenatal session.. the antenatal dr said it is normal during the 1st trimester when the morning sickness happens... (not morning for me.. coz i tend to have it late in the afternoon n during the evening.. nya nurses.. 'baus mlm'...).. so i am not so worried about the weight... i just pray this baus period will be over soon so that i can get sumore nutrients for the lil baby... mr hubby has been very helpful and supportive... and understands when sekali sekala i get stress all of a sudden without any good reasons kekekekeke.. :)

Well... thats it for the update as for now.... til the next ultrasound or news... doa kan lil baby sentiasa sehat and selamat hingga cukup bulan.... and doa kan emil and ebeh jadi daddy n mummy in the near future.... amin!...... many thanks to all the well wishers.... :)

Hey peeps.. hai hai hai hai and hai... its been a while since we check-in this webbie.. been busy with other stuffs.. errm and also lazy mazy hehehe... i think the reason is more inclined to the latter than the former keke *wink*

anyhoo... where shud i start? too many things to update here but i guess i'll juz jumble it all up here and there keke.. firstly... (which is way way way overdue) me & missy wifey would like to convey our sincere and utmost appreciation to the families, relatives and friends for their contribution during our wedding... you guys are the best!

u guyz must be wondering if ur pixies are in our photo album... he he he and to answer that we've not received our album yet.. currently its still in progress and yes that also apply to the videogs. it shud be out soon tho, at least as i've been told..

workwise.. no comment at d moment.. oh but my certs sudah sampai today.. i shud get that one and send it to personnel asap.
holiday-wise.. we're plannin to go KK in march... i so wanna go snorkeling and parasailing and jetskiing and the boat ride again! but if nada dangan we can juz go shopping and swimming d hotel sja hehe..
home-wise.. still lots of small bits to do.. but sikit2 tu if di kumpulkan jadi banyak tia sampai nda tebuat hehe.. but as she said it b4.. its always nice to have a 'play-house' hehe..

The NIKAH day

Alhamdulillah our Solemnisation on last FRIDAY (5th DECEMBER 2008) went smoothly. I was feeling nervous for the past 2 weeks.. i think because of the stresses of the wedding preparations....but thankfully i was calm on the day itself... hehe.. i think sal naleh kali dah kabak2 & stress saja.. hehe

Mr E14 @ Mr Hubby... (ahaks) did the ijap kabul in one go.. steady eh.. but he almost ran out of breath.. makin damit suara nya ujung2 atu hehe... however di sahkan by the Imam n d witnesses.. so we are now officially Mr & Mrs. Emilo :)

Many thanks to all families n friends who came on that day.. we both really appreciate it n happy to see u guys.

Prewedding shoots

We had our prewedding shoots earlier this month... it was done at Masamichi Studio.. it took us 4 hrs to finish the shooting... batah kan? awu i know!!!... we were tired by the end of it.. but we really enjoy it and had lots of fun.. it was an exciting experience. Kami perasan sekajap mcm artists.. wawawa... kana make-up kan.. with different hairdo and clothings... siuk kali aaahhh... Many thanks to Wati @ Saren for helping us out during the prewedding shoot, especially getting the Kimono and putting it on me... kekeke... that itself was a challenge!.. Seriously.. wearing Kimono is pretty difficult and need a lot of patience and times... hehehe..

We also had a prewedding shoot outdoor with Mizi.. but the pictures are not ready yet...

Btw.. the Nikah day is only a week away... Mr E14 has been practising the ijap kabul part... steady dah ya... hopefully he'll be able to say it as well during the day... haha.. no pressure sayang.... nyway it still hasn't sink in me yet that we're gonna be officially tying the knot... hehehe.. kabak2 rasa nya... anyway.. do pray for us.. hopefully everything will go smoothly and as planned... amin... :D to our families and closest friends... we'll see u at our Nikah day soon.. ahakss... till then... take care :)

hey peeps..

I didnt realised its already the 24th of october 2008 and I've now been in Brunei exactly one month and one day since I came back from the UK. It feels soooooo good to be back home especially with all the companies around me and d fiancee right by my side :D
There's a lot to do here and i'm now back to my usual sporting activites after filling my tummies during the open houses... i've played futsal a cupla times now and it feels good to be back on the pitch.. err i mean court... i'm now craving for outdoor football..

i guess the only thing i wud miss about the uk is their broadband. Life is much much much and much more much easier with their super duper quick broadband. I've subscribed to the "Go" Broadband recently and so far its good. But i guess i'm too accustomed (sp?) to Uk's broadband and that's why its a 'good' rating rather than an excellent one. Go, i think, is much quicker than the "wave" and also better than espeed... i dunno comparing it with "zoom" tho, coz i havent tried one. But there's still much much improvement needed from Go... i want it to be quicker please.... huhu... thank you!

They played beautiful football today.. main stangah padang huhuhu.. croatia were beaten 4-1 at their own home soil. Goals courtesy a hattrick (3 goals) from Arsenal teenage Theo Walcott and the other scored by Man Utd striker Wayne Rooney..

We have been waiting for their beautiful football since Sven Goran Eriksson dissapointing campaign, and not to mention McClaren's reign...

They have won twice now... against Andorra and now Croatia.. They now top the group, sharing six points with Ukraine...

Hope their performance continues like this and they can certainly go all the way for the 2010 world cup!

Hey peeps..

Sorry haven't checked-in on the blog for a while. Nada mood to write before.. Anywayz, I went to d city centre (d York ler) a couple of days ago.. nda ku ingat bila and as I was walkin from home to the walkway by the river next to my house I heard a gushing sound "whoossshh" kira catu lah bunyinya... and as I approached the walkway by the river, i saw the flood! wah banjir and the water is the laju and is the mengalir deras..

so aku pun patah balik lalu longway to the city becoz of d flood. Then dah dakat city, lots of ppl was 'sakai' about d flood.. I heard them saying "its one of the worst flood in York history" and also walkin past another guy talkin on d fone sayin "it's juz bizarre".. and dalam hati ku sakai jua eh dorg ani nda pernah liat banjir pakah.. hehe coz its probably jadi kebiasaan dah dangar banjir d Brunei.

Approaching closer to the city I saw this thingy: --- sandbags!

I'm actually quite amazed that the sandbags in the sack (sp?) or the guni along with the canvas can block the water. Its acting like a brick wall that prevent the water gushing into the city.. and by now i also join the other crowd and become 'sakai' jua he he he... so i continued my journey to the city, stopping by and takin some pixes to share with u all..

at the pix above, this area are suppose to be goin downhill but now it looks like a flat land coz of d rising water.. as you can see the bottom left corner of the pix, the grey and dry area are where i'm standing taking d pix. thankfully its the autumn season now, otherwise there cud be some sort of mosquitoes breeding or plague.. the mosquitoes didnt haf a winter jacket so they cant survive the cold river huhu..

then i saw the crowd at the bridge... towards the end on the left...

I joined in the crowd and took some pixes...

on the left is the ruler that shows the water rises around 9 feet or 9 metres i'm not sure.. but its definitely deep

and the frame that u see on the right which is mostly submerged, is a huge picture frame on the wall.. i wonder how it'll look like after the flood subsided ...

on the windshield of the porsche it says "Just Removed From Merchant Exchange (Flood); Will be Removed This Evening. Thanks"

and there were also public houses or rather apartments inaccessible by road.. u can see a (rescue?) van at the far end of the pix below...

and that includes the hotel entrance as well hehe...

Hey peeps..

How was ur fasting so far? For me so far so good... except for today... down with a cold and was sneezing all day since I woke up.. I cant eat d medicine to soothe my cold as I'm fasting... but its okey... nda apa cubaan dari-Nya. "Cukupkah iman seseorang tanpa di cuba atau di duga?" Sedangkan Nabi S.A.W lagi penuh dengan cubaan yg dahsyat sehingga ada yang ingin membunuh baginda. Apatah lagi dugaan sekecil ani... Well, come to think of it kan... even everything yg ketani buat like blajar ketani kana test n kana exam sejauh mana kemampuan dan pengetahuan yg ketani perolehi.. cematu jua lah iman tani tyme puasa.. mesti jua ada certain 'test' that we must pass.. nda ja?

Well d weather is juz one part of the reason why i'm down with a cold today and yeah autumn is definitely here as well.. Temperature fall as low as 10degrees... Juz a few mins ago, i went down to my kitchen and 'smoke' came out of my mouth when i breathe.. I need to close all the windows and start using those heaters again...

Ironically, my nose kurang sudah selesmanya as soon as ku berbuka tadi.. alhamdulilah.. but i decided to eat panadol as well to help quicken my recovery.. so to d fiancee dun worry nemore.. i'm feelin much much better now ;)

Time flies isn't it? its already the fifth day of puasa in Uk and another 24days utk melihat anak bulan syawal.. and oh to answer his question... what we have for sungkai here depends on our 'mood' to cook or 'mood' to walk and buy sum food in d city hehe.. for me.. i mix a bit for my sungkai..
sometimes i cook chicken, sometimes frozen fish, sometimes if malas masak i'll go out to buy at dixy chicken, sometimes i juz put d marinated chix on d oven... well its a bit of mix actually... depending on d mood hehe.. today i had marinated oven-cooked chicken, steamed rice and veggies for sungkai.. and yeah i missed eating at McD thanks to Wafi haha.. Bah bektah ko lanja aku McD nanti fi... nyehahaha..

Hey peeps..

I'm gonna share with you a group of people doing performance art.. They cause a scene of chaos and joy in public places. They attract public attention to enlighten them and not to cause a disturbance. They are based in New York City and known as "Improv Everywhere"

Below is one of their act they performed with their undercover agents. If ku nda silap, their agents are volunteers and is most of time dalam 70 people during one single act.

In the video shared below... dorang punya 'Bos' ani tejumpa shopping mall with bnyk windows. So he decided to perform a dance using the volunteers on each window.

The mall ani is infront of a park which can easily attract public attention. So before dorang ambil position masing2, dorang kumpul sumwhere b4 atu and practice skajap tapok tapok spaya public sama owner shopping atu nda tau dorg kan perform arah window dorang.
The 'Bos' bagi signal pakai tangan. Setiap kali ya pigang trash can represent each move they should make.

Basically lapas dorg practice, dorg masuk n ambil tempat dorg masing2 and start their performance. Awal2 ada masalah sikit sal ada yang kana halau dari kadai atu... tapi yg lain nda kana detect and so menari2 tah dorg dapan window shopping atu.. attracting people d luar yg hairan tapi enjoying dorang punya performance. Ada dat one time, performer #51 buat solo dance while yg lain tunjuk arahnya, then another performer buat another solo dance while dorg yg lain point arahnya.. coolness...

Hey peeps..

guess what i did today? i went for box hunting in the city.. box hunting simply means hunting for boxes keke.. so i went around d city looking for boxes while at the same time do a lil bit of shopping.. i bought a pair of formal shirt utk pakai kaja nanti. I like shopping for baju kaja here coz they have varieties of choices.. u have the short sleeve, the long sleeve, the thick stripe ones, the thin stripes.. the stripes with lots of gaps, and those with few gaps in between, then u have the different colours and of course the different qualities. Some are even cheap.. u can find d cheapest at 10pounds for 3 pairs of shirt at M&S but of course these will be the plain ones compared to the others.. after choosing one that i liked, i bought it and then went to NeXt. I like one of their shirt here and have been wanting to buy them since summer but was waitin for d right time to buy it. To my dismay, my size was out of stock :( humm... nanti tah hunting d london b4 i go back nanti..

While walking along in d city, my eyes are searching for dat brown square thingy called a box. saw one in front of the shop but it looked ruined and hancur... walk and walk and walk and as i was passing dis shop there's a couple more boxes at d front of it.. i went closer to it and eksen2 kuarkan mobile next to it as if i'm texting sumone. but actuallynya i was looking if d box is in good condition or not.. bagi malu kali ah chek2 box dapan kadai so paksa tah blakon... karang kana ucap ambil boxes utk pakai lapik tido krg...
so back to d box, kalinya nampak bisai and seems to be in good condition plus d size looks quite right for shipping items.. so i went inside d shop M**** Outdoor Store and asked d staffs if they are throwin d boxes away.. i requested to take them home instead and they dont mind saying "sure! help yourself with it"

so i choose the good ones and took two boxes... tapi oleh kerana aku takut nda baik boxes atu after di assemble semula d rumah, i took three boxes and went back home.. so d rumah i re-assemble d boxes and with a little modification and peels out their company's lable.. walaaaaa' my boxes are ready to be used.. see the tape at d box above? that's the only 'defects' on the box.. i can simply re-cellotape using duck tape on top of it... sayang eh dorg kan buang so bektah ku recycle... alhamdulilah rezki hehe.. i dun mind buying new boxes.. but juz to buy 2 0r 3 boxes probably only cost around 5pounds.. but delivery charges yg mahal... 9.99 per delivery... :S

i booked my flite ticket thru BSU in London and called them tadi... my ticket is confirmed.. my flight will be on the **** **** 2008 and oh PuL, tiket mu pun confirm dah... aku tanya tadi tarus hehehe so we'll be at the same flight.. nanti tah uruskan seat sama2 ah.. boring kali ah duduk sebalah org putih... kdg2 dorg tu nda branti cakap.. krg sampai balik brunei nda branti cakapnya.. payah tido huhuhu... at least we can seat next to each other... hehe :D

i'm still waitin for my thesis to be totally over...

Hey peeps...

How's ur first day of posa today? Hope it goes well today.. and to those in Brunei... Selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa di hari pertama bulan Ramadan... My puasa on d first day today went well..alhamdulilah... got a slight headache in d mid afternoon but nuthin major.. its probably coz i dun haf enuff sleep anyway..
i went to stayover for the night at my cuzn's place in newcastle. I went there to grab my footie stuffs and to kirimkan barang balik ke Bru hehe thanx cuz... get to catch up wif my cuzn as well.. so there u go.. my first day of sahur and sungkai - spent in newcastle.. we also went to the city and metro centre in d afternoon... luckily its a bit chilly and cooler today which makes d puasa easier :)

owh anyone read d news today? ROBINHO is goin to MANCHESTER CITY.. wow! didnt expect that to happened... its gonna be interesting now to watch manchester city.. now we have more teams in attacking mode.. premiership juz got better and better... hope he settle's down easily in manch city..

Its 12.34 am rite now and i'm struggling to make myself awake so that i dun have to wake up for sahur anymore.. another 2-3hrs to go... i can get my sahur now coz i'm still full from my sungkai at 8pm (4hrs ago)... waitin if my e13 is comin online but she's probably in wonderland sleeping rite now hehe coz in brunei baru jua abis sahur...

well then, that's all from me at the moment... to all those yg berpuasa dun 4get to refrain (sp?) from all d bad habits and bad manners k? assalamualaikum :)

Puasa yg berkesan utk kesihatan

Gejala-gejala yang berlaku semasa berpuasa:

Beberapa perkara akan berlaku disebabkan oleh pembuangan toksin dan

bahan buangan ketika kita berpuasa seperti nafas berbau, peluh juga

berbau, kulit kering bersisik dan gatal, air kencing pekat dan berbau

dan mungkin juga kerap kencing, buang air besar selepas beberapa hari

berpuasa, sakit

kepala, lenguh badan dan demam (kesan toksin keluar dari lemak ke

darah, sebelum keluar dari badan), dan mungkin juga berlaku selsema dan

kahak serta lendir dan keputihan.

Pesanan: Jika gejala ini tidak serius, jangan cuba ubatkan kerana ia

akan berhenti dengan sendirinya.

Cara berbuka dan bersahur yang berkesan:

(i) Berbuka dengan buah dan air bertapis yang tidak dimasak (guna

water-filter).

(ii) Solat Maghrib terlebih dahulu bagi memberi peluang perut mencerna

makanan

(iii) Makan makanan yang senang hadam dan kurangkan masakan berminyak,

berempah dan pedas. Seelok-eloknya makan sayur, tahu dan kekacang.

(iv) Kurangkan kadar makanan dari biasa

(v) JANGAN minum air sambil makan. Insya-Allah jika makan secara

perlahan-lahan, masalah tercekik tidak akan berlaku.

(vi) Minum air putih atau teh herba atau minuman yang mengandungi getah

anggur, buah kembang semangkuk dan biji selasih sebanyak yang terminum.

Waktu sahur elok makan buah dan susu atau sebarang makanan cecair.

Cara berpuasa yang tidak berkesan:

(i) Makan terlalu banyak (waktu sahur dan berbuka)

(ii) Makan makanan yang pedas dan berempah serta payah hadam

(iii) Makan terlalu banyak daging binatang terutama bagi pengidap batu

karang, gout dan alahan.

(iv) Mengulangi makan sepanjang malam.

(v) Kurang minum air pada malam hari atau lebih minum air semasa makan

(vi) Tidur selepas kenyang makan

Makanan yang menjejaskan khasiat puasa kerana mengandungi bahan kimia:

(i) Kopi dan teh.

(ii) Air paip masak yang tidak ditapis.

(iii) Makanan yang ada bahan pengawet, pewarna, perasa tiruan seperti

burger, sosej, mee segera, air tin & kotak, air squash, nugget dan

seumpamanya.

(iv) Makanan masin perlu dielakkan semasa berpuasa kerana ia

menyebabkan air bertakung dalam badan (water retention)

(v) Merokok

Fasa-fasa puasa yang berjaya:

Fasa pertama (2-3hari):

Perut akan terasa lapar, badan cepat letih, cepat marah kerana kadar

glukosa dalam darah rendah

Fasa kedua (3-14 hari):

Kurang selera makan, senang gelap mata, nafas berbau, lidah menjadi

putih atau berdaki manakala badan menjadi lesu.

Fasa ketiga(14-akhir puasa):

Lidah menjadi bersih, nafas hilang bau, selera makan baik, tenaga mula

pulih dan kadar glukosa menjadi normal kembali. Di fasa ini juga mental,

emosi dan badan semakin optimum dan diri menjadi orang baru. Keadaan

puasa begini hanya dicapai oleh mereka yang benar-benar mengawal makan

dan minum

supaya proses asidosis dan ketosis di dalam badan berjalan lancar.

Another day to go for us in the UK for d holy month of Ramadhan.. The sightin of the moon was conducted today in UK (Sat, 29hb Syaaban) but the new moon was not sighted therefore our Puasa in the UK will start on Monday. Is everyone ready for their puasa this year? For me, the fasting this year is gonna be a new challenge coz the time from sunrise to sunset is a bit longer than usual. In UK Fajr ends at 3.52am while Maghrib starts at 8.00pm++... yes 20:00 hrs n not 6.00pm like d usual hehe.. I'll probably end up sleeping all day haha..

Anyway, things are goin better for me now that my first draft is done. I juz need to get d feedback from my supervisor and hope he's satisfied with my work. I wont know it for a while tho coz he's busy with a conference.. But I still do need time to bind it n make copies of it...

I'm also doin some preliminary research on shipping my items.. it doesnt look good i.e. expensive nya... juz a single box alone cost 1.89 kah... mun d Brunei dah ku unjar kadai runcit tu.. free lagi hehehe... too spoiled eh everything kan mau free haha.. well in uk its d total opposite.. everything costs u money... to pee u need to pay 20p... some even cost 1pound in london juz to pee.. err why am i talkin about peeing? hahaha woops... anyway..............................................

yeah juz like i said uk is d total opposite of brunei.. not dat i wanna put off anyone who wanna come here hehe.. oh oh on a brighter note arsenal won today! they are back.. i mean not winning but their slick passing game are back :) welcome back arsenal..

Hey peeps.. been a while havent checking in on E1314. Lama nda update hehehe so.... today i'm gonna talk about my trip with d other lads to Germany. We went to a province/territory/part called leipzig to watch d world cup in 2006.
Total number of people goin = 8
Total mission = 1

We went onboard d plane sumtime in d summer of 2006... hop on d no-frill airlines and stayed in a home belonging to a resident in Germany... I'll let d pixes do d talking :)

Hey peeps.. how are u all? meself haf been bz wif d thesis thingy... but guess what? i've finally managed to complete my first draft of my thesis.. yipeeeeeeeeee.. technically its 'completed'...

however....

i still need to discuss my outline and findings with my supervisor and then adjust whichever he didnt like or which he suggest may need adjustment.. but before i do dat, i need to proof read my own work which is an impossible task becoz i wont know where i did my mistake as i'm d one doin d work and expect it to be rite... anyway i can worry about dat later...

after i'm done wif d discussion and show my work to my supervisor, i may haf to re-adjust my work again and proof-read lagi... but d good news is after that things may go smoothly.. i oso need to send my work to a professional proof-reader to check/scrutinise my work (as encouraged or rather 'forced' by our course convenor)... this cost A LOT btw... after dat i'll haf to re-edit again my work and make necessary adjustments.

then i need to print my work, send it to a shop and bind the thesis.. which again costs money... after dat i can submit my work and i'll be a free man... wiheeeeeeeeeeeeee... at least temporarily.. patience

anyway, i was gonna share u some of my findings on my research but i dun know how to convert my excel chart into image and post it here... anyone knows how? can let me know k? thanks...

ugh.. of all people in d world... he decided to sign him ! of all people.... its him?! he must haf some sort of plan that we as fans didnt know of... whatever the plan is... i hope it pays off in d future... this is certainly a big risk..

you might ask... why not him? here's my reason (not to disrespect any man utd fans or He himself):

he's an x-man utd player
he's prone to injury
he's a leftie which Arsenal doesnt need
he's 31 which we already have one at the same position!
he's not even a first choice for man utd
he's slow at his current age
he's given a two year contract when Pires and Bergkamp were only offered one
he's an x-man utd player... woops did i say that twice?
he's an x-man utd player...

hum the only reason i cud think of why He signed him is because of:

cheaper salary
cheaper transfer fees (rumors of transfer fee less than 1 million i.e GBP 750,000)
provision of intel on man utd success last season
he's french

watever it is... juz like gallas... altho i didnt like the player themselves but as long as they wore this super red-hot jersey:

i dun care who d player is... nor do i care where he came from... i'll support him not because who he is but because he wore this beautiful red hot jersey and he is an arsenal player!

hey peeps..

how's everyone.. me? daym.. i spoke too soon.. i think i'm falllin sick again.. got rid of d cold/flu but now i think my body temperature is risin... i need to sip lots of fluids and eat sum panadols..

oh anyone watchin d olympics? lots of world record broken.. juz saw another one today by usain bolt. he broke d world record in d 200m race i think.. he's quick and super fast like thierry henry eh woops salah.. like murchielago (sp?) or buggati hehehe.. i enjoyed watchin d olympics so far.. so many events happening dis year.. euros & olympics...

Hey peeps...

Hows everyone doin? i'm feelin bit b8r after consuming 4 panadols extra + 1 claretin (sp?) & 1 piriton (sp?) in a space of two days and two nites.. still feelin a bit weak tho and d weather is not helpin.. autumn is comin coz my tap water is freakin' cold...

went to d post office cupla mins ago to send a letter to BSU regardin my flite booking... time flies so quick isnt it? in 12days time we mite start our puasa dependin on d moon sightin and in 27 days time is my thesis deadline.. then i need to pack all my stuffs to send it back home pakai overseas shipping.. dat includes sortin all my bills, rents and reimbursement of my deposits, meetin wif d BSUs etc etc... all in a space of one month... then comes raya wiheeeeeeeeeeeeeee... its a bit strange and actually true of what he said... in our family, it may have become a tradition dat at least one member of our family is not present during hari raya... hehe strange but true...

i was juz discussin with Sach on a D-SLR camera.. to buy one means either to be a professional photogs or juz as a plain hobby and interest in doin so.. i have no interest in doin a business in photogs nor havin an interest to become a professional... however i do haf an interest to take beautiful pixes... bought a couple of magazines to decide which camera has a better edge over d others and it seems sony camera lagged behind while nikon and canon as does olympus are ahead of d pecking order...

an oh Arsenal had a good start kickin off their premiership title challenge by winnin 1-0 against west brom... goal scored by debutant samir nasri :D welcome to arsenal samir :)

Heyloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo peeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepssss!! he he he... it's been a while since my last posts.. Been away for a 'domestic vacation' in UK. Went to Manchester for two days and Sheffield for three days... Did lots of things.. especially eating! wawawawawa mana sah kalau nda makan.. d brunei lagi org makan sja.. i think if makan is a culture, then Bruneians have it all...

Anyways... what haf i did during my short 'vacation'?

Duration: 2days 2 nite
Location: Adli's apartment

Stayed @ Adli's new apartment... quite spacious and relaxing + quite calm. Good enuff for two bedroom apartment.
Went shopping to buy stuffs for my hantaran to her at trafford centre & arndale.

i caught a quick lunch at yo sushi @ TC

Played Wii + PS3 all the way till 3am++ while Adli's playin his usual WoW hehe..
oh i also beat him in Tennis Wii huhuhu... (tho he beat me back after a rematch :p)
Went to Subway Halal in Manchester (as usual... nda sah nda bali subway halal)
Went to Nandos too ;)
And also PizzaCo
Kekeke seeee.. half of my time in Manchester is prolly spent on food..

Then I catch the 10.20am train to Sheffield from Manchester on friday. Was hoping to surprise B.A on the train. He wasnt suppose to know i'm coming along to sheffield on the same train from manchester. But then as soon as I arrived on d train station, he was seating at the centre of the station and i cant go to the train without passing him first... so i decided to act like a stranger and try to scare him off like rob him or sumthin.. Unfortunately, he's lucky coz the seat that he sat on is @ the centre which means i can only get to him from the side and not from the back... he's sure to see me before i can even scare him off.. so my plan is called off... also.. i'm afraid dat i may looked suspicious (like a terro*ist or sumthin like dat) to the number of police officers on d station... so cancel tah plan ku kan kajutkan c BA...

Guess who's waitin patiently for his queen?

After approaching BA, we waited for Raimie (gurl) to arrive... we waited at d wrong platform but luckily enuff we manged to hop on the right train and off we go to Sheffield.

hai everyone...

How r u guys? Sorry the blog has not been updated for a while... e14 is currently away... so i guess its my turn to write a new post until he comes back. Ive been very busy lately... with all the weddings invitations, netball interministry tournament, badminton friendly tournament and on top of that i have 2 essays that i need to do... i dun mind the invitations and tournaments... but honestly i am currently on my lazy mode for my essays. I haven't started writing up at all and one is due in 3 days... Yup! so anyone out there who is willing to help me... please... u are welcome!...

Nyway.. on a brighter note.... I have finished painting my bedroom... hehehe :) i'm actually good at it... altho it was my 1st try on painting, i think i have done a good job. hehehe even E14 is proud of me... nanti tah ill show u the pictures ah.. hehe

More good news... STARGAZERS has won the Perganita Netball Tournament held recently.. here are few pictures of us celebrating. Well done girls!

(all x-mancunians) had a little dinner at Excapade Gdg few weeks back... when Adli.. who is still stucked in Manchester...(hehe nda apa li.. setahun lagi) ... came home for a short holiday. We had a great time and i really missed the old days in Manchester. Here are the photos...

Oh oh.. i stumbled upon an old photo (below) while i was cleaning and packing my things ... This photo is of me, lina and mona dancing in my bedroom at Hibbert St in Manchester few yrs back. It reminds me of the days when there were no troubles / responsibilities / worries.... The photo makes me smile... and for u out there... try dancing in your room when u have stress or worries... it actually helps you forget about your troubles for a while.

Hey peeps.. how are u all doin? Hope its all good... Havent been able to update d website regularly lately coz of my workloads. Currently i'm workin on my case study on education and healthcare in Brunei. Found some interesting results which i hope to share u guys, especially wif loads of academic staffs among us nanti if i'm rajin enuff hehe..

Anyway, i'm off to manchester tomorrow to run some errands and to get my lappie back after it broke down last month. Apparently its d motherboard dat cause d problem to d whole system. Lost all my files, pictures and downloaded shows, bookmarks, videos, softwares etc etc.. I'm juz glad it can be repaired and now i need to update everything right from d beginning.. well d good news is its gonna be clean and clear juz like new :)

we've juz found d answer! Malays too can be as advanced as the west, Malays too can be great in business, Malays too can be good at everything.. coz u know why? a Malay guy has juz gone outter space! If a malay guy can leap out of this world and survive in the space.. how hard can it be to achieve sumthing so small in this world?

I'm talking about d recent guy who's been to Brunei Datuk Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar, a Malaysian orthopedic surgeon who has sucessfully spend 12 days in space particularly doing research finding cure to HIV and testing it at zero-gravity.

The astronaut celebrity had made a personal visit to my friend's house.
My friend is a former classmate in SOAS 1996. I asked him lots of questions hehe and he has shared with me the astronaut's experience in outter space... I was amazed, excited with his story!

hehe there's a lot more we chatted about.. his experiments, his crash landing fall 400km away from target zone.. falling freely like a meteor causing it to catch fire like a meteor falling...

lack of updates? yeah hehe been bz lately wif work.. hope d fiancee will update sumthin tmr coz tmr is public holiday for brunei yeay!

i manage to finish one chapter of my thesis yeay.. sumthin is b8r then nuthin rite? hehe... another four chapter to go.. ugh... when d goin gets tuff, d tuff gets goin.. another 6 weeks left before my final deadline.. dun panic dun panic.. easy peezy lemon squeezy..

went to d post office today to post my item.. put it up for sale in both uni advert and amazon.co.uk... its actually much cheaper to sell in amazon than ebay coz ebay banyak charges booooo ebay.. amazon is better and cheaper to sell at than urs.. anyway, back to my item.. i sold off my printer for GBP**** and send it out dis afternoon..

was listening to capital fm on d internet radio and wah i guess they haf a term for the english weather called temperamental.. hum.. i'm not sure if dat's a common word but for me its new to be used for a weather...

well basically a temperamental weather occurs in england.. it is a weather where in one day you will have a bright-sunny day and few minutes later it'll turn cloudy and then suddenly rains heavily. juz as u think it'll continue to rain for a while, u'll get it wrong coz a few minutes later, out comes mister sunshine! and oh i juz notice their thunder (guruh) here is different or..... weird.. it sounded more like an explosion from a bomb or sumthing... or like uhh... metal falling from d top of a building..

probably its only in york or perhaps its everywhere in Uk... seriously u know dis morning is gloomy and dark and cloudy... i woke up late today.. then at around noon its brighty sunshine but few minutes later it rains heavily.. jadi sajuk tarus d room so i haf to put on a jaket.. save energy sikit (and bil) so dun wanna turn on d heater.. then panas tia balik.. difficult to dry ur clothes in uk, no?

hehe dats enuff about d weather today... i need to see my supervisor soon and disucss things with him.. hope i cud catch him tmr.. wish me luck!

"Baru-baru ani kami baru balik dari mengerjakan umrah menggunakan salah sebuah agensi package umrah yang diiktiraf oleh kerajaan. Malang sekali perjalanan kami yang baik ani menjadi suatu yang menyakitkan hati. Apa nda menyakitkan; semua inda menantu,
keputusan yang dibuat oleh pegawai agen ani sentiasa berubah, informasi & maklumat sentiasa kabur, barang kargo beilangan, air zamzam stranded di tamapat kami transit dan pegurusannya nda bersedia. Umumnya inda efektiflah.

Yang paling teruk sekali, Pegawai agen rah bas kami ani pilih kaseh. Di bagitaunya, yang duduk dapan sekali dalam bas ganya untok pegawai saja. Ani yang ku heran kan dan inda pernah berlaku kerana selama ani kediaku sama famili sentiasa duduk di dapan sekali dalam bas, maklum perjalanan dari Jedaah ka Madinah jauh.

Tetapi Sudah ada timbul masalah, mengakun tia ia ganya mengurus passpot, yang lain nda ia tau. Pegawai apa kan nama nya tu? Klalau mengumpul passpot sama mengira berapa orang dalam bas saja, kami sendiri pun tau. Atu pun ia mengira, balik-balik…turun-naik bas macam orang kucing hilang anak..

Pada mulanya banyak jemaah mbagitau dugaan…memanglah dugaan, tapi kalau usaha atu ada, insyallah semua dugaan atu dapat diatasi kerana `Allah Maha Adil’. Tapi kalau usaha atu nada, atu bukan namanya dugaan tapi cuai…Last-last, kan semua jemaah marah olehnya.

Kediaku pernah jua menggunakan 3 package umrah lain sebelum ani, tapi yang ani ntah jauh lainnya. Semua inda menantu. Masa transit sebelum kan ke BSB, nada maklumat langsung dari Pegawai agen mengenai `Kiblat &’ sama waktu sembahyang, padahal ani penting. Yang di ingaukan iatah melawat. Macam bukan umrah pulang olehnya. Atu pun nda semua jemaah tau pukul berapa melawat…

Sudah di Brunei, langsung nda kna bagitau oleh agen macam mana kami kan dapat barang kami yang nda tau mana tujunya. Macam atu jua air zamzam kami, bila kami boleh mengambil. At least, agen ani menelepon kah minta maaf pasal perjalanan kami inda menantu, jadi cool jua sedikit. Ani langsung nada. Ia tah jara oleh nya kan ikut `travel agen’ ani.

Bagi kami para jemaah yang maseh bercerita sama sendiri pasal perjalanan umrah masa hari atu, kalau boleh pihak tertentu akan menyiasat perkara ani supaya orang lain inda terkana macam kami ani….sengsara…dan untok `travel agen’ yang berkenan, jangan nganya memikirkan keuntungan saja. Pikirkan jua kebajikan kami kerana semua jemaah akan menilai sendiri sama ada kami, keluarga kami atau kawan-kawan kami akan ikut package biskita lagi atau inda….dan untok yang lain, kediaku nasehatkan supaya berhati-hati memilih travel agen kalau kan umrah..`

Firstly wanna say happy birthday to our beloved Sultan of Brunei Darussalam sempena hari keputeraan baginda yang ke 62 tahun. Dirgahayu Kebawah Duli Tuan Patek!

Now, back to my post... I woke up today feeling sneezy and dusty again.. Lately, berasin saja ku bgn plus selesma nda beranti-ranti so I decided to clean up my room, wipe out all d dust on my table, under the table, my bookshelves, my top wardrobe, my food compartment, my window... basically everywhere di mana saja yang ada segala habuk habukans yg hidup berfamily dan yang migrate ke bilik ku... then i re-arrange my room to give a new 'feel' to it and vaccumised the kapet.. This thingy jarang happen before maybe coz of d cold weather.. now segala habuk-mabuk is active and is creeping inside my room and d udara surrounding it.. hehehe... i hope i've wiped out most of d habuks and will have a better start of d day tomorrow..

so as a reward (well actuallynya craving plang yg banarnya), i went to M&S and buy meself sushi... well its not as good as Xcapade but at least its a good substitute to escapade's sushi hehe...

bought the fish and vegetable sushi selections for my lunch... mun ada salmon sashimi atu tah awal skali ku bali.. unfortunately nada.. well d sushi choice pun nda siuk tadi coznya i only got mackerel and also salmon as d topping and yg lain veggie.. and ada dis sushi wif pepper which i dun know how to eat. since nada choice dah d umah ku tukar toppingnya wif my smoked salmon from my fridge and voila! jadi smoked salmon sushi... and oh yg tuna and d other type of fish (nda ku ingat) is not available.. abis dah kali lasap kana bali... when i got there tinggal 3 pack sja so i bought 2 and left d last pack for sumone else to buy hehe..

Hey peeps.. its been a while since i write from my last posts.. its coz of a number of reasons and in particular which i hoped cud be resolved...

so what telah happen?

since last monday nite, our internet was down and i had to call our ISP to report d fault as it still persists in tuesday. they said they'll sort it out in the next 24hrs and asked their engineer to call me back. well.. on wednesday they managed to sort our internet and it was back up and running again tho they didnt call me back as promised. seriously dis ISP is not good and at times unreliable... sometimes their customer service call will ask u to be put on hold by their answering machine... d bad thing is calling their customer numbers are not toll-free and charged every min ur put on hold... so seriously guys if ur in UK try not to go to dis company coz i dun recommend u... feel free to ask me which company, information is free of charge... *wink*

malang tidak berbau... dat same wednesday my laptop's condition got worse... well at first my laptop has got this minor 'hiccup' (ber-sadu skali skala) dat d screen starts to turn blank while browsing thru my computer... sometimes when chating wif d fiancee... dats ok since i can restart it and it'll run back to normal. but dat wednesday d condition turn chronic and my laptop went from minor sickness to becoming 'nazak.' even after restarting my laptop, d conditions persists and i managed to transfer my essays (3000 words yo!) to my email address.. thanks to d fiancee advice...

on thursday, i decided to recover my system to the factory settings and all my files and programmes and softwares are automatically deleted since it was my last drastic measure.
to my dismay, the condition still juz got worse and worse... even after re-booting my laptop, the screen went blank and cant even get to windows... d fiancee helped to locate a repair shop in york and send d details to me over d text msgs... so i went to one of d shops and hoped that they cud fix my laptop.

major problem on d lappie.. bye bye laptop

came back an hour later, and they said dat my laptop is in major problem and dun know or cant fix it. he tried running on safe mode but cudn even get thru dat coz d screen juz went blank.. he tried to use an external monitor but d same thing happens..he tried to remove some parts of d laptop and tried to see if some of d hardwares might have caused dat problem. but d problem remains. he said its not caused by a device failure and none of these might have been caused by me. he continued to say, "its juz one of those things that happened caused by technological failure." he suggests me to call his friends who might be able to fix it but might coz at least 200pounds... dat is if it can be fixed.

i decided to go to manchester instead as an emergency measure and send my laptop back to brunei thru adli who's goin back to brunei friday. coz my laptop is still under warranty which expires end of dis month. d thing is dis laptop has a limited but not international warranty. its warranty are limited only to asian country.. maybe dis model is built specifically for d asian countries. Thanks to him, my laptop is now on d way to brunei. he's also kind enough and generous to lend me his laptop which i'm using now at d moment..
i hope my laptop can be fixed in brunei.. or i guess the shop shud replace my laptop with a new one coz its not a fault caused by me and it cudnt be a virus coz i'm using d latest up-to-date original and genuine norton internet security. i hope d shop can return my laptop to d manufacturer and demand for me a new one wif d same model! alum lagi sampai setahun kali ah udah tia be problem buleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehh? dat will be d last time me buying a tablet lappie!

hi everyone... nice meeting u guys again., its been a while since my last post. So did u guys enjoyed the EURO 2008? I missed all the games except the final where Germany was up against Spain. I was watching the game in Colombo in the hotel's room... dozed off in betweeen... but I did manage to see most part of the game. I must say Spain played very well and a deserved winner!~~~Ole Ole Ole Sepanyol.... Ole.... Ole~~~..... hehe Ok... now enuff about Euro.

I was away for 2 weeks, and had good times in Saudi Arabia... well ofcourse minus all the hassles and nonsense from our unorganised, irresponsible, dishonest travel agent's officers.... sabar...... sabar....... *breathe in... breathe out.. breathe in.... breathe out*

anyway...here are few pictures that i'd like to share with you guys. Enjoy :)

the first picture is Masjid Nabawi in Madinah. It is a total beauty, and inside the mosque is where Makam Nabi Muhammad S. A. W is located.
The 2nd picture is the place where Perang Uhud happened, and the area protected by the gate was where all the muslimins who died in the battle were burried.
We were also brought to the Kurma field in Madinah (3rd picture). We didnt get a chance to pick the dates from the trees ourselves but we definitely bought lots from the shops.
Fourth picture is Masjidil Haram in Mekah, where Kaaba (5th picture) is located. The mosque itself is magical... there's just no words to explain it.
We also went to Padang Unta (6th picture).. and tasted the camel's milk. Well i only drank tiny bit.... a small drop to be exact.. hehehe.. it is believed that camel's milk can help boost your energy and cure those with asthma and there are few more benefits.
The next picture is Gua Thaur (right on top of the hill).. the small cave where Nabi Muhammad S.A.W retreated with Saidina Abu Bakar, when the Quraisy planned to kill him.
The 8th picture is the hill where Gua Hera is located, the place where Nabi Muhammad S.A.W received the 1st wahyu.
The last picture is Jabal Rahmah, the place where Adam and Hawa met after years of separation after being overthrown from heaven. This is the place where people pray for their 'jodoh'.

I was grateful for the chance to be there and it is a life-altering experience that cannot be put into words. Insyaallah... ada rezeki, umur panjang, i will go again. I also pray for you guys the chance to go there too. Amin.

hey peeps.. how's everyone doin? well, it's already July and I need to work on my thesis but first I need to finish my strategic planning essay due end of dis month. This morning, I received a letter in d mailbox and when I opened it.... tadaaaa....

there's two ticket, one for myself and the other for my friend. He'll be supporting Arsenal *hehe* rite? I'll make sure he becomes an arsenal fan after d match haha... and my cousin will be coming too.. she said she has some problems with her ticket and i hope its already sorted out...

I never thought i wud have the chance to watch arsenal match in emirates. I had been to the old highbury stadium. Emirates stadium was juz completed back then in 2006 and i only managed to tour around d stadium from d outside and d superstore. Now, thanks to him for d recommendation and info, i'll be able to watch arsenal matches in both stadium! yeay cant wait! the mini cup tournament will be in august.

Anyway, Hancock is out today.. Movie starring will smith the bad super-hero hehe... i hope to catch d movie dis weekend.. I think its gonna be another great will smith movie. hope its not like iam legend... nda brapa siuk dat movie punya storyline.

and i need to claim a refund as well on one of d food shop dis weekend..

Euro 2008 Finals Spain v Germany

Hello peeps.. How's ur nite? Had fun watching the Final of the European Cup 2008? I certainly did and was entertained throughout the game. Both teams played attacking futbol in d first half, unlike certain finals where sometimes some teams played a slow and safety approach. But not tonite!

First half

Torres had a great first half. He hit the side of the post with his header and nearly scored a goal. Later on he managed to grab a goal after beating Lahm and Lehmann.. He's super quick!

Iniesta cud have scored himself a couple when he got thru a couple of times but he opt to pass the ball when i think he shud have a shot on goal and tested Jens Lehmann at the very least.

Second half

Germany tried to push in search for an equaliser but they failed to test Casillas. They never threatened the Spanish goalkeeper apart from Ballack shot which is just outside of the left post.

Spain themselves played some neat passing game and had shots on goal themselves. If it weren't for Lehmann saves, Spain cud easily be two nil up.

In the end, Spain manage to hold on to their lead to lift the European Cup 2008 and became the first team to lift the new Europeans cup.

Turkey ran out of luck tonite as they were beaten by Germany in the Semi Finals of the European Cup 2008.

Turkey leading the match 1-0

They were lively and attacking especially in the first half but it seems luck were not on their side this time.

Germany equalised 1-1

Well done to Germany and especially to my fantasy football player Lahm *hehe* who scored d winning goal at the last minute of normal time of the match.

Germany leading this time 2-1

I guess now Turkey has felt d taste of its own medicine. Previously they beat other teams at d last minute of d game and now the goals are also scored at d last minute except now they are the ones crashing out...

Turkey equalised 2-2

Its been entertaining to watch u tho Turkey.. Better luck next time and good luck to germany (but no good luck if spain masuk hehe sal aku sokong spain huhu)

day out in york

hi peeps.. how r u all doin? hows ur week so far? hope its all goooood...

yesterday a friend of mine and his friends came to visit york.. we start d day trip in york mid morning around 10am and walk our way to d city centre.. a mere 10mins ++ away from d station.. we walk along d city towards the york minster.. a landmark in york..

then we walk downwards to the shambles which is well known for its history where d buildings lean into the streets and d roofs almost touched each other. Shambles are regarded to be York oldest street and Europe's best preserved medieval street.

next we walk towards d coppergate street and made our way to Jorvik Viking centre which as the name suggest a place of everything about vikings. There, we were transported back into the viking times and hopped onto a ride which displays the vikings normal way of life etc etc.. like my cuz liked to say.. ayee mulanyaaa...

after d jorvik viking centre tour we went to clifford tower and took some pixes..

we moved towards d river and i expected to see d self-drive boat there.. tapinya nada n i guess its because of d river flooding... we then grab something to eat at dixy before goin to the designer outlet shopping centre. spent a couple of hours there and went back to my place for a rest. around 7pm ++ we had our dinner at garden of india restaurant and after dinner they went back around 9.30pm++
had a great time tapi ngalih jua hehe coz i think we walked many many kilometres around york... thanks shaomeng for d treat.. hope u guys were entertained in york..

humm.. booring jugak ya ngak ada bolasepak mlm ni.. hehe kalinya apa nah ku buat mlm nie..? liat movies arah youtube huhuhu.. movie marathon tah ku tarus today liat movie2 lama.. liat cerita will smith irobot and cerita perang band of brothers.. at least ada kan ku liat mlm ani sambil nunggu euro hari rabu.. owh btw euro will resume on wednesday k ;)

E13 told me she's going to ride a camel tomorrow.. buyuk ah nada bawa org :p hehehe... wonder how camels looked like in real life.. berijap kali eh basar kali badannya hehehe... asked her to take lots of pixes :) thank u b!

owh a while ago, i went to my friend's birthday party.. its a small one and some of his friends (including myself) are invited to d party... nda banyak choice dpt ku makan hehe.. makan tuna piza wif mushroom sja with some fries and coke to drink.. well they haf some chicken to eat but nda ku brani makan plus d usual minuman me-mabuk-kan..
